Shipping Protection by Route

Horrible experience. I contacted customer service to inform them that I used the product one time, and while i wanted to love it, i broke out in a horrible allergic reaction. I asked the company if i could send the product back for a refund due to me not being able to use it and they stated no but provided me a discount code for their products. Why would i want a discount code for products im allergic to?

I ordered on March 14th and haven’t received my product or any shipping updates. It’s now April 2nd. It’s also difficult to report never receiving an item, which makes me sad because I was looking forward to trying this product!

I adore the product. My hair and scalp has never felt so fresh and healthy. It’s been a significant part of my healthy hair journey. My only single issue is that you have to order it two weeks in advance of needing it as it does take quite a bit of time to ship it. Once they ship it, you get it within a couple of days. Awesome product for real.

I love these clips! I have thick long hair and was previously using an XXL, but lost it traveling. I reordered in an XL and this one is the perfect fit for my hair length/type!

i have extremely thick hair and have never been able to wear regular claw clips with my whole head of hair as they never fit and always break. the regular size ones only fit with half up hairstyles. i was very skeptical that this would work but i am so happy with it, and i can actually wear claw clips now!! this is my first day wearing so can’t comment on the endurance quality of the product but it seems to be much sturdier/thicker material than regular claw clips. highly recommend for my thick haired girlies!!

Ive been struggling with my health for the past 2 years and that’s caused an significant affect on my hair thinning, I was trying to find an oil that was all natural, So glad i’ve came across this one it smells divine. I’ve only used 2 times since I received my order last week but i’m so excited to see the results in a couple of months. will be repurchasing!

My wife and I are unable to open the bottle. We have tried many times even just a few minutes ago. Would love it if you could send a replacement. Would love to try the product.

The products smell amazing and I was a little nervous my hair wouldn’t feel clean after I have never used bar shampoo and conditioner but boy was I wrong! My hair feels great! Would recommend !

Really great hair clip almost too good. Loved it to much took it to a Jonas brothers concert and someone else seemed to also enjoy it and ended up taking it with them. Sad I only had it for a few days but definitely getting more. (Hopefully to keep)

Thick long hair girls you need this! I have super super thick hair and it’s half way down my back, I have never been able to find a claw clip that will actually hold my hair up until this one. I’m going to order another one for me and one for my sister who has even thicker hair, but I got her to try it too and she was just as amazed as me! I’m from the UK and paying the cost of shipping is worth it, these are the best!

I gifted these clips to my sisters (who have SUCH long hair!) and kept one for myself for Valentines Day and they’re incredible! I got an XL for myself (but I think next time I’ll be ordering a L instead). Still love it! Strong, cute, and lots of room for all my hair

I love the rosemary oil! I mix it in with my shampoo and leave it on for a few minutes so my hair can really soak it in. It has a great tingling feeling and I make sure to use the scalp massager so that it really suds up! I’ve noticed it helping with my bald spots and baby hairs!!!!

Used the scalp pre-wash and rosemary oil following a video for a good healthy cleanse....my hair has felt cleaner than ever!! Thank you for these products

Absolutely love all of my purchases from Toni Rose! The XL claw clip fits perfectly for my long, thick hair, and the banana clips are my fave!!!!

I would like to thank Toni Rose for showing me that long hair can be manageable. These hair wands are so lovely! Although versatile, I prefer to style a French Twist with these and I am obsessed. I have this wand in 5 different colors and wear them about every other day. I was surprised how well they hold. It did take me a while to learn how to style it but the video tutorials they post helped immensely. I’ve also tried the hair forks, mini aurora clip, wide toothed comb, argon oil, and the hair curler thing which is also legendary!
