Our Claw Clip Warranty

Every Toni Rose claw clip bought on tonirose.co has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from delivery. If your clip breaks because of how it was made, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. Just email us your order number and a photo.

Which products does the warranty cover?

This warranty covers claw clips only. Our other products, including hair oils, shampoo and conditioner bars, and accessories, are covered by our Return Policy. If any order arrives damaged, see "What if my order is damaged?" in our FAQ.

What does the warranty cover?

Breaks or failures caused by a flaw in the material or in how the clip was made. For example, a spring that stops working.

What isn't covered?

• Everyday wear and tear over time
• Accidents, like dropping, stepping on or bending the clip
• Damage from misuse or from not following our care tips
• Items from our Little Flaws Sale
• Clips bought at 50% off or more, or received free

How do I make a claim?

1. Email support@tonirose.co within 6 months of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the clip.
3. We'll reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

What will I receive?

A replacement of the same clip, or a similar one if yours is no longer available. If we can't replace it, you'll get store credit for the clip's full value. This warranty doesn't include refunds.

What about clips bought from retailers?

Clips bought from retailers are covered by that retailer's return policy.

Is there a limit?

One claim per clip. We may decline claims that look like misuse of the warranty.
